What data is collected
AdCompass SG collects the information you type into three places: the free AI Ads Readiness Checker (business details, answers, score and status), the AI Ads Campaign Builder (business, offer, market, budget and the generated planning draft), and the consultation request form (name, business name, website, email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, market, service interest, budget range, goal and your message). Email and phone details are optional except where a form marks them as required.
Why it is collected
Submissions are used to prepare your readiness report or campaign planning draft, to respond to consultation enquiries, to improve the service, and to follow up about your enquiry where you have given consent.
How it is stored
Checker submissions, campaign builder submissions and consultation requests are stored in our backend database. If the backend cannot be reached, the record stays in your own browser instead. Stored submissions can only be viewed by signed-in AdCompass SG accounts that hold the admin role.
Marketing follow-up
We only send marketing or follow-up messages where you have ticked the optional consent box. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message or writing to us.
Please do not submit sensitive personal data
Do not enter NRIC or FIN numbers, financial account details, health information, or any other sensitive personal data about yourself or your customers. This service does not need it.
